Iโve known and admired Jeffrey for over 15 years, and heโs had a tremendous influence on my coaching journey.
What I love about this book is that itโs also filled with clear, relatable examples that make the concepts easy to apply. The structure is refreshing too: instead of focusing on styles or theory, it highlights ๐ป๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ ๐ฒ๐๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฎ๐น ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐ that build on each other. Every leader, regardless of their personal style, can put these strategies into practice.
The authors share examples that help leaders inspire their teams, strengthen performance, and navigate todayโs complex challenges. Each capacity provides leaders with ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐น๐ ๐๐ผ ๐ณ๐ผ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ด๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐๐ต at individual and team levels.
Designed for leaders at any stage, this book beautifully bridges research and practice. It offers a ๐๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ-๐ฏ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐บ๐ฎ๐ฝ to expand your impact, build trust, and drive high performance in a fast-changing world. I highly recommend it.
