The Leadership Book I Highly Recommend

My favorite leadership book of 2025 is ๐˜œ๐˜ฏ๐˜ญ๐˜ฆ๐˜ข๐˜ด๐˜ฉ ๐˜ ๐˜ฐ๐˜ถ๐˜ณ ๐˜Š๐˜ฐ๐˜ฎ๐˜ฑ๐˜ญ๐˜ฆ๐˜น๐˜ช๐˜ต๐˜บ ๐˜Ž๐˜ฆ๐˜ฏ๐˜ช๐˜ถ๐˜ด by Jennifer Garvey Berger.

Not because it offers easy answers but because it helps leaders see reality more clearly.

Berger makes a powerful distinction between what is complicated and what is complex. Complicated problems can be solved. Complex challenges like human systems, culture, or leadership canโ€™t be controlled or predicted. They must be worked with. That shift alone changes everything.

What I love most is how deeply human this book is. Leadership here is not about being superhuman, but about being more human: managing your nervous system to manage complexity, understanding how body and mind shape one another, and choosing curiosity over certainty.

This book teaches us how to dance with complexity with humility, awareness, and courage.
