After obtaining three passports on three continents, I am thrilled to have entered my third professional life. These multiple reinventions make me feel free and inspired, like a freshly metamorphosed butterfly. Each new start allows me to become another person while leveraging all the experience I have acquired.
The last team I built was composed of incredibly talented Millennials. Despite the criticism often directed at their generation, they were a source of inspiration for me. Their drive, intelligence, and fun-loving nature, coupled with their potential for brilliant careers, motivated me to transition into a full-time executive coach.
They are building a much better work environment where work-life balance and boundaries are as important as your bottom line; understanding one depends on the other.
I am honored to coach, mentor, and support these younger leaders. They have too often received no formal leadership training and, at best, had bad bosses showing them what not to do. It is a privilege to help them become the leaders they themselves never had.
