Who I Am
About me
After 15 years as an entrepreneur and another 15 in the corporate world, I have embarked on a new journey dedicated to my passion: coaching leaders to unlock their full potential. Transitioning from the C-suite to running a leadership consultancy was a natural progression. When upskilling high-potentials, I am in my zone.
Born and raised in Paris, I started my first business in Johannesburg at 22, importing clothing from the US. I later founded and led two other companies in music and events. Upon moving to NYC for a French designer jewelry brand, I transitioned into the corporate world, driven by my appreciation for craftsmanship and luxury brands.
In 2009, I earned a Business Coaching certification from New York University, beginning over a decade of dedicated coaching practice. My leadership approach consistently drove results, created inclusive subcultures, and boosted staff retention and engagement. This unique combination of insights and experience ensures an effective coaching methodology. At the core of my services lies a distinctive blend of French and American perspectives tailored for a global clientele.
A mother of two, I live between NYC and Paris, surrounded by kind, intelligent friends. My favorite emotion is JOY. I love people, music, fashion, politics, books, and art.
